Antibody lectin sandwich assay

Methods for detecting glycoproteins, glycopeptides, carbohydrates or glycolipids having sugar residues in an aqueous sample. The glycoprotein, etc., is initially selected by immunological reaction with an immobilized antibody and then detected by nonspecific reaction with a labeled lectin.
