Zusammenfassung:	An arrangement for cleaning a lance head of a lance introducible into a metallurgical vessel includes a cleaning head being in contact with the lance head during the cleaning procedure and surrounding the lance head. The cleaning head and the lance are relatively movable in the direction of the axis of the lance. In order to be able to carefully clean the lance head on its side facing the melt bath present in the metallurgical vessel by preventing the penetration of slag during the measuring procedure between the measuring and/or sampling probe and the end face of the lance, the cleaning head and the lance are placeable into an aligned position by an adjustment device. The cleaning head is settable into a rotational movement reciprocating about the axis of the lance by an oscillation device.
