A needle printing head comprising a plurality of magnetic drives (10) arranged circularly around a central needle guide (32) with mouth piece (34), consisting respectively in an U-shaped magnet piece (16), a magnet coil surrounding a yoke branch (14) and a hinged armature (24) in sandwich structure in which an armature element is connected with a leaf spring (50) mounted on one side and a projection (36) on which the printing needle (38) is secured, characterized in that the projection (36) consists of two branches (46) mounted edgewise and in that the leaf spring (so) which presses the hinged armature (24) in its rest position against a central stop (68) common to all hinged armatures (24) extends from the armature element towards the stop (68) and bears on a support (64) which is situated radially between a yoke branch side constituting the pivoting axis (26) of the hinged armature and the stop (68).
