DEVICE FOR PLACING, RETRACTING OR SHOWING AT LEAST ONE FLEXIBLE SCREEN

Device for putting in position, retracting or shifting at least one flexible screen (E, 20) of the type in which one of the edges of the said screen is attached to fixed points (5) and the opposite edge is pulled, by means of at least one motor, in a general direction determined by a plurality of carrier elements (4) for the screen which are in the form of rails of profiled cross-section, each defining the local directrix of the set geometrical surface capable of being occupied by the screen, characterized in that at least two carrier elements (4), each forming at least one rail of constant regular profiled cross-section, each constitute a member for support, interaction and guidance of movement along the directrix which they define for each of the motor trolleys (6), to which one of the edges of one and the same screen (E, 20) is fastened, and these motor trolleys (6), mounted at the rate of one for each rail of each of the said carrier elements (4), are reversible in operation, each have a movement transmission member interacting with the rail carrying them and means of immobilizing them on this rail, and operate independently of one another, the carrier elements (4) also serving as a support for the screen or screens (E, 20).
