Zusammenfassung:	In the conversion of C1-C3 monohydric alcohols, particularly methanol, related oxygenates and/or Fischer-Tropsch oxygenates into light olefins, gasoline boiling range hydrocarbons and/or distillate boiling range hydrocarbons in a fluidized bed of ZSM-5 type zeolite catalyst, improved, gas-solid contact is achieved without the need for baffles by operating with the catalyst bed in a state of turbulent fluidization.
