PROCESS FOR PREPARING THIOPHOSPHORIC-ACID ESTER CHLORIDES

Compounds of the formula I in which R and R are unsubstituted or substituted (C1-C8)-alkyl, (C2-C8)-alkenyl or (C5-C6)-cycloalkyl, are prepared by a process in which O,O,S-triesters of thiophosphoric acid are reacted with phosphorus trichloride and chlorine.
