Zusammenfassung:The compositions contain a mixture of paromomycin or a non-toxic acid addition salt thereof and dimethylsulfoxide or a quaternary ammonium salt having topical anti-infective activity, together with an inert carrier. There is also provided a method for the topical treatment of a patient against cutaneous leishmaniasis comprising applying to lesions of such disease a composition as specified.
