Zusammenfassung:A self-starting, negative voltage band gap regulator is provided, which includes a transconductance amplifier having first and second transistors and a resistive network, a current mirror circuit coupled to the amplifier and a negative feedback circuit connected from the collector of one of the transistors to the emitters of the transistors through said resistive network. First and second matched impedances, such as diodes, are included in the current mirror circuit and in the feedback circuit, respectively. The output voltage is taken from the feedback circuit.
