Zusammenfassung: | Methods of binding a biologically active material containing hydroxyl groups are disclosed in which an isocyanate compound is bound to the carrier and the protein is bound to the so bound isocyanate compound. The binding of the isocyanate compound to the carrier is achieved with the use of an agent, having the capability of catalytically forming urethane. Examples of such agents may be non-toxic agents on the basis of titanium, for example, orthotitanium acid esters, and preferably tetrabutyltitanate. |
