Zusammenfassung: | A method is proposed for producing recycled rubber. The method involves mixing crumb from used vehicle tires with a devulcanizing agent containing a karbon-chain rubber and Altax (MBTS) until the rubber scrap is completely devulcanized in terms of the intramolecular sulphur bonds, wherein zinc stearate is added to the devulcanizing agent to make up 25% thereof before the devulcanizing agent is mixed with the crumb, next a sheet is produced from the devulcanized mixture and cut into plates of equal mass and area which are arranged evenly over the length and breadth of a roller feed belt and then rolled into 1 mm thick sheets as rubber crumb with a 5:95 ratio of devulcanizing agent to crumb is added to the surface of the sheet by means of a dosing device, after which the resulting sheet is passed through the rollers several more times, the sheet being folded at least in half after each pass through the rollers. This way it is possible to reduce the cost of producing recyclate and to improve the physical and mechanical characteristics thereof by 25-30% compared to the best of the known prior art.
Meetod taaskasutatava kummi saamiseks, mille kohaselt segatakse vanarehvidest saadud kummipuru devulkaniseeriva ainega, mis sisaldab süsinikahelatega kummit ning altaksit (MBTS), kuni kummijäätmed on molekulidevaheliste väävlisidemete osas täielikult devulkaniseeritud. Enne segamist puruga lisatakse devulkaniseerivale ainele 25% tsinkstearaati, seejärel valmistatakse devulkaniseeritud segust leht, mis lõigatakse võrdse massi ning pindalaga plaatideks, mis paigutatakse valtsi toitelindile ühtlaselt kogu pikkuses ja laiuses ning valtsitakse alla 1 mm paksusteks lehtedeks, kattes samal ajal nende pinna dosaatori abil ühtlaselt kummipuruga. Devulkaniseeriva aine ja puru vaheline suhe on seejuures 5:95, järgnevalt lastakse saadud leht veel mitu korda valtsi alt läbi, voltides lehe pärast iga valtsimist vähemalt kaheks. Sel viisil vähendatakse regenereerimisega seotud kulusid ning parendatakse saaduse füüsilis- mehaanilisi näitajaid 25-30% ulatuses tehnika tasemest tuntud lahendustega võtteldes. |
