Zusammenfassung:	A method and a device, claimed as the invention, for producing three-dimensional tomograms of the internal structure of a mammary gland in medicine relate to the field of non-invasive medical diagnostics. According to the claims, a method is described for producing three-dimensional tomograms of the internal structure of a mammary gland using low-frequency ultrasonic sources. In order to carry out the method, transmitted and reflected ultrasonic waves are recorded by a linear array of receivers arranged on a rotational adjustment appliance. A three-dimensional velocity profile is reconstructed using a GPU cluster incorporated into an ultrasonic tomograph.
