AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR MANAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-SERVICE MACHINES

The invention generally relates to information systems intended for processing digital information streams, and more particularly to a system for automated management of the development of self-service machines (SSMs). The technical result is realization of a multifunctional automated system providing perfective automated maintenance and management of the development of SSMs. The claimed automated system for managing the development of SSMs comprises data processing modules linked by a common data bus which include a planning module for processing SSM data for the automated generation of business plans for the development of a network of SSMs; a module for geomodelling a network of SSMs for data processing and analysis of geographic location for distribution of SSMs; an audit module for monitoring the actions of a user of the system and logging based on log information; an asset management module for generating requests for carrying out operations and verifying the implementation thereof, controlling operation and maintenance of SSMs, monitoring status of assets; an accounts generating module for generating reports based on report templates and for ensuring functional in adjusting generating reports structure; an administration module for processing system access processes, in particular access policies of users of the system and parameters of the system; a module for managing purchases of SSMs for processing information on supplier contracts and data relating to the purchasing of SSMs, verifying deliveries of SSMs; a module for maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintaining a register of KPIs, generating a matrix for accounting periods on the basis of indicators of the KPIs and tracking the attainment of the KPIs; a directory management module for implementing a mechanism for protecting data integrity.
