Zusammenfassung:The invention is related to heat-power engineering and can be used for cooling natural and artificial water medium sources. Further, the invention can be used to produce electrical energy by utilization of low-potential heat of recirculated water or other low-potential heat sources. Working substance in the device, being in a closed circuit, contacts alternately a heat source (the medium being cooled) and undergoes phase transitions (alternately evaporation and condensation). The invention proposes to use several different sources to produce work in the form of mechanical and electrical energy. The first source is working substance steam flow. Utilization method: a turbo-compressor or a membrane-type pump. The second source is vibrations of structural elements. Utilization method: vibration generators using small movements of structural elements at a high frequency for EMF excitation and electrical energy generation. The third source is the phase transition energy. Utilization method: structural elements of the evaporator based on piezo elements. Exposure of a piezo element to the influence of boiling working substance causes mechanical stresses therein, which results in generation of difference of potentials across the piezo element. This makes it possible to convert the energy supplied for steam generation directly to electrical energy, to reduce the condenser capacity significantly, and to condense working substance at a temperature difference between the heat receiver and the heat source tending toward zero (at a small difference of temperatures of the heat receiver and the heat source), which increases considerably the efficiency of the device as a whole. The invention provides a considerable increase in cooling efficiency and cooling depth. The invention permits utilization of a part of energy spent for the phase transition. The invention makes it possible to cool natural and artificial water medium sources, recirculated water or other sources of low-potential heat independently, without additional energy expenses.
