Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to hydrodynamics and is provided for use in oil and water recovery from deep wells. The objective of the invention is increasing the overhaul period of an electrical pump operation under conditions of a great amount of solid impurities and stability of the head-capacity characteristic. The objective is attained by provision of a multistage centrifugal submersible multipacket electrical pump comprising a pipe casing (1), a shaft (5), a pump basket (7), a base (6), a fishing head (9), impellers (2), diffusers (stages) (3), wherein entrance and exit angles of impeller vanes (12) and diffuser blades (16) are double-curved throughout the height, the diffuser is sectionalized and consists of a cover disc (14), a slotted bushing (15) and double-curved blades (16); mounted between the stages are detachable retarders (4), consisting of bushings (17) that accommodate discs (18), rings with restrainers (19); shortened blades (20) are mounted between the ring and the disc; flats are disposed symmetrically along the entire length of the pump shaft; the inner surface of hubs of the impellers (3) is provided with tapered keys (13) arranged symmetrically; the pump base and basket are cone-shaped; the retarders are detachable and are provided, in the inner surface of the ring with restrainer, with a special bushing (21) and symmetrically arranged rests (22) so that the impeller hub and the special bushing rest upon them; a conical disc (23) and a shaped support (24) are mounted in front of the restrainer and have a rubber washer (25) between them; a nipple (8) with detachable shaped spacing bushing (26) is mounted at the end of the last stage; the special bushing and the rest are mounted so that the gap between the impeller and the diffuser does not exceed 0.5 mm; the ring with restrainer of the detachable retarder is shortened.
