Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the oil and gas production industry, namely to devices for secondary opening of the formation by creating perforation channels in the well and treating the bottomhole formation zone. A device for perforation of a well and treatment of the bottomhole formation zone comprises a housing 1 connected to a tubing string. In the housing 1, at the upper and lower levels, pistons 2 and 3, respectively, are placed, each of them is equipped with rock cutting tools 4 and 5 capable to pierce the casing string 6 by radially moving pistons 2 and 3 from the axis of the housing 1 under the pressure of the working fluid which is fed through channels 9. Pistons 2 and 3 are rotated relative to each other (rotated by 180°). In the rock cutting tool 5, the overflow channels 8 are provided for passage of the working fluid to the perforation zone which are equipped with shutoff valves 10 made with the possibility to shutoff and open the overflow channels 8. The overflow channels 8 for passage of the working fluid are communicated with multidirectional jetting holes 7. The device as per option 2 is performed in the same way as option 1, but in the housing, there are placed four pistons which are connected in pairs on each level - the lower and upper ones, and are rotated relative to each other by 90°, one pair of pistons is provided with overflow channels 8 which are provided with shutoff valves 10 and are connected with multidirectional jetting holes 7. The technical result is the elimination of the risk of the behind-the-casing overflow due to outflow of excess volume of the working fluid through the technological holes in the casing string of the well.
