Zusammenfassung: | The invention is related to hydroabrasive surface treatment methods and can be used for cleaning various complex surfaces, including cleaning ship surfaces. The objective of the invention is improvement of quality and efficiency of surface treatment. To attain said objective, in the known method of hydroabrasive treatment comprising exposure of the surface to a water jet with an abrasive material fed under pressure onto the surface treatment zone, in accordance with the invention, treatment is performed in two stages: pretreatment and finish treatment, wherein surface pretreatment is performed by exposure of the surface zone being treated to the action of a water jet containing abrasive and steel particles introduced into the water jet by way of screw cyclone ejection at an angle of 40-50° relative to the jet axis; and finish surface treatment is performed by exposure of the surface zone under treatment to a water jet containing bentonite, soda ash, carbon fibres also introduced into the water jet by ejection at an angle of 30-40° relative to the jet axis, and wherein work fluid used for pretreatment has the following proportion of components, wt.%: abrasive powder - 5-10; metal powder - 3-5; water - the balance; and work fluid used for finish treatment has the following proportion of components, wt.%: bentonite - 5-10; soda ash - 3-5; carbon fibres - 2-4; water - the balance. The device for hydroabrasive surface treatment comprises an abrasive-spray injector with free introduction of abrasive material into the work fluid jet; in accordance with the invention, the injector has two chambers with two nose-pieces, outer and inner, disposed in series, that contact the chambers connected by pipelines with tanks filled with work fluid of different compositions; the nose-pieces are connected to the body by threaded joints providing mutual longitudinal movement and adjustment of gaps between the nose-pieces and the nozzle.
