Zusammenfassung: | The invention is related to automatics, telemechanics and communication engineering, and can be used in railway transport for control of distance between successive trains on the basis of digital radio communication systems. The system comprises the following components installed on every locomotive: a navigation signals receiver and an onboard radio station, a central station device located in the traffic control centre and containing, connected in series, an identification unit, a unit for calculation of distance between trains, and a unit for determining trains approach velocity, connected in series coordinates monitoring unit, an electronic map forming unit and a decision-making unit having its output connected to the input of the software/hardware device of the train traffic dispatcher's workstation, the input/output of said device being connected to the input/output of the control unit of the data transmission network designed in the form of an IP network, the output of said control unit being connected to the inputs of the identification unit and the coordinate control unit, and also to another input of the approach velocity determining unit, and a memory unit having its input/output connected to the inputs/outputs of the electronic map forming unit, the distance between trains calculation unit and the decision-making unit, the other input of the latter being connected to the approach velocity determining unit. Every locomotive carries an interface matching unit having its input is connected to the output of the navigation signals receiver and its inputs/outputs connected to the inputs/outputs of the locomotive control unit, to the driver's control desk and the onboard radio station communicating by a radio channel, via a respective base station, with the IP network. The data transmission network control unit, the onboard radio stations of trains and the base radio stations connected by IP network allow arrangement of digital radio communication based on DMR standard. The technical result of the invention consists in higher efficiency of controlling the distance between trains following one another and of train traffic control over the entire controlled subdivision.
