Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to industrial fish breeding and can be used to grow commercial fish species in closed water supply systems. In accordance with the first embodiment of the proposed method amount of water supply into nitrifier is set within range of values from 7 to 14 of nitrifier container volume per hour at surface washing rate of latter from 0.17 to 0.48 from nitrifier height meters per minute, and amount of water supply into denitrifier is set within range of values from 0.8 to 1.2 of denitrifier container volume per hour at surface washing rate of latter within range of values from 0.029 to 0.031 from denitrifier height meters per minute. Water temperature is maintained within range of values from 11 to 28°C, and water pH is maintained within range of values from 7.0 to 7.2, oxygen concentration in water at nitrifier inlet is maintained at level of not lower than 4.4 mg/l, and concentration of oxygen at denitrifier inlet is maintained within range of values from 0.9 to 1.2 mg/l. Continuous mechanical filtration of water is performed with supply of fresh water from outside into air channel within range of values from 0.5 to 0.9 of nitrifier volume per day. The second embodiment of the proposed method differs from the first one by that maintenance of water parameters and water supply parameters at specified level is performed using computerized control system based on PC computer program ACS UZV, wherein control of water parameters and water supply parameters is based on information, which is supplied from sensors of water level, water transparency, oxygen content in water and carbon dioxide content in water, as well as water pH and water temperature. The technical result expected from using the proposed method consists in increase of industrially cultivated fish daily weight gain.
