Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to vehicles, and can be used in operation of special vehicles of M category intended for commercial transportation of passengers, and N category for goods transportation. The technical result achieved due to the invention use is improved reliability of forecast of accident risk effected by psychophysiological state and stress level of a driver in real time mode, with the possibility of efficient intervention into the situation of a supervising authority representative. This extends functional possibilities of the method and improves safety of the road traffic. The said result is ensured due to that in the method assuring the road traffic safety including the measuring of the vehicle movement parameters and driver physical state, and their saving in a database, the comparison of the measured parameters with the appropriate specified vehicle movement parameters and driver physical state, the use of measures applied to the vehicle driver if the measured parameters do not comply with the specified parameters; according to the invention on the vehicle the device monitoring the driver physiologic parameters is installed, it contains Wi-Fi communication device, a satellite navigation receiver and a memory; the supervising authority representative is provided with a desktop or mobile computer with devices for reading the above parameters, and the vehicle driver is subjected to psychologic testing with simultaneous recording of the physiological parameters and responses, and his personal response to stress factors; based on the obtained data the personal chart of driver's tolerance to stress is prepared, and saved in the database of the remote server, the driver is provided with a personal sensor connected via RF channel with the database, and used to record the current physiologic parameters reflecting the driver's psychoemotional state, upon the parameters deviation from specified in the personal chart the state of increased stress is identified, based on this the supervising monitoring authority representative makes the decision on the response nature.
