Настоящее изобретение относится к сокристаллу этравирина и никотинамида, спектр порошковой рентгеновской дифракции которого включает пики, расположенные при следующих значениях угла 2θ: 10,19; 11,30; 12,40; 14,52; 17,06; 18,43; 20,45; 24,04. Описано получение сокристалла и применение для лечения инфекции, вызванной ВИЧ.
