Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to production of condensed pyrophosphate fertilisers and can be used in complex of high-quality fertilisers with superactive prolonged action, in properties alternative to mixed double superphosphate. The set task is achieved by that in the method for obtaining condensed phosphates and thereof-based mineral fertilisers with prolonged action, which includes interaction of granulated electrothermophosphorus slag with phosphoric acid of 70-75% concentration with ratio slag:acid equal 3:1, thermal processing of the product for 14 min, cooling and milling to particle size 0.02-0.1 mm, in accordance with the invention after 70 min liquid glass in the quantity interval 0.5-0.2 wt.% of the volume weight of mixture is supplied into the interaction product, thermal processing is realised at temperature 450°C. In shock burning (450°C) processed, peptised with addition of 1 wt.% of the mass of SiO∙NaO mixture a higher dangerous dominant concentration zone of decomposition of reducing additives SiOof liquid glass appears, and metabolism and ecosystem of the process of decomposition of product systems occurs with release of toxic organic derivatives of hydrogen phosphide - phosphine PH, whererein hydrophobic form of calcium silica thermophosphate is formed. Content of silicon oxide in such salinated soil solutions and compounds corresponds to quantity of utilisable and water-soluble active form of PO(change of pH of samples in buffer zone), adds to condensed thermophosphate properties of prolongability and cation-exhangeability of absorption (Na-form) in the system of field mineralisation. Soils, saturated with Ca- and Mg-ions (chernozems - "black soil"), have neutral and weak acidic reaction, favourable for most crops.
