Zusammenfassung:The invention is related to the methods for production of arctic kerosene and diesel fuel and can be used in the petroleum-processing industry. The object of the invention is the development of a method for production of essentially arctic kerosenes and diesel fuels by catalytic distillation with additional stages of dewaxing of secondary raw materials to produce alkanes of normal structure. As an adsorbent and reducing catalyst AK-2, the method uses an adsorbent obtained by interaction of electrothermal phosphorus slag and phosphoric acid followed by adding of liquid silicate glass and water to the interaction product in a proportion of 5:3:2, granulation and firing at a temperature of 450-500°C. In the structure of the silicon phosphate carrier the catalyst adsorber functions as an aintioxidant impregnated catalyst, by means of reduction of liquid wax in the mixture, it regenerates selectively n-alkanes by means of nano-oxidant process, with spontaneous structuring by ferroelectrising into potentials of complex alternative butanol and methyl propanol alcohols. The adsorption process over the nano-antioxidant catalyst AK-2 is implemented by separation of kerosene and diesel fractions into two products: liquid straight-chain paraffin hydrocarbons (n-paraffins) and dewaxed kerosene and diesel distillate called denormaliser. The raw material for the apparatus is straight-run kerosene and diesel distillate at 25°C of wide or narrow fraction composition (depending on requirements imposed on the products) which is preliminarily subjected to hydrotreatment. The named fraction can be used as kerosene and diesel fuel. The paraffins produced using the antioxidant intermetallic carrier during the AK-2 process are further used as secondary raw materials recovered using heated live steam, butanol n-liquid alcohols are extracted from the mixture (at 120-130°C) with hydrocarbons of different structure to produce two products: 2-methyl-2-propanol and 2-butanol, with the mass faction of the composition 28 and 72% of the mass of the fraction mixture, into non-reversible ferroelectric complexes after every regeneration cycle, which allows to add them safely as complex alternative additives to diesel and motor petrol fuels. Изобретение относится к способам получения арктического керосина и дизельного топлива и может быть использовано в нефтеперерабатывающей промышленности. Задачей изобретения является разработка способа получения преимущественно арктических керосиновых и диз
