The essence of the invention is an apparatus for deep biochemical wastewater treatment comprising a pipeline for wastewater and sludge supply, a sludge discharge pipeline, a fine mechanical treatment device, a sand trap, a wastewater-sludge mixing chamber with a circulation pump, and a combined biological treatment device comprising a flat-charge biofilter and air-tank settlers separated by a partition defining a biofilter space and an air tank settler space, a spraying system comprising spraying trays, drain pipes, collecting pans and drain collectors having connected to them water-jet aeration columns sunk in aeration zones of the air tank settler, wherein aeration zones are separated from settling zones by partitions, and a polishing device comprising polishing bioreactors, in particular, a wastewater advanced polishing bioreactor; in the combined biological treatment device of 5 to 15,000 m/day capacity, the biofilter spray system comprises trays with discharge pipes and reflecting disks, the distance from top ends of discharge pipes of the trays to reflecting disks is 0.8-2 m, and the distance between tray centres and the distance between axes of pipes in the trays is 0.6-1.8 m; for aeration columns of diameters between 25 and 100 mm, column height above the liquid level in air-tank settlers is 1.2-3.5 m, and the depth of sinking under the liquid level is 1.5-4 m, the distance between edges of the aeration columns in the top part being 50-500 mm, and the distance between bottom edges of the aeration columns is 0.5-3 m.
