Zusammenfassung: | Technical result of the invention - a choice of control actions with a minimum volume by increase of accuracy and transparency of calculations at each stage of the solution of a problem of a choice of control action. A method of a choice of control actions for putting of the postemergency operation conditions of a power system in admissible boundaries on a condition of an aperiodic static stability is based on definition with use of the current values of parameters of an electric operation condition, parameters of the postemergency and marginal postemergency operating conditions, weak section and admissible powerflow in weak section on conditions of static aperiodic stability. The method is characterized in that according to the measured and verified parameters of pre-emergency operating conditions of a power system and the indication of response of a starting element, magnitude and phase of nodes' voltages are determined in postemergency and marginal postemergency operating conditions in power system, by a common solution of two equation's subsystems: linear equations of the balance change of active capacity in nodes (for all nodes except reference) permitting to forecast changes of phase of nodes' voltages and generator's internal voltage in the postemergency operating conditions and non-linear equations of current balances in the node's scheme, by the forming of iterative procedure of calculation of the postemergency operation conditions, considering the generation and consumption change due to the frequency variation under the linear law and minimizing the volume of computations; the determination of a weak section by the criteria function considering variation of frequency; the choice of control actions on the basis of enumeration of all combinations of the stages of unloading of a weak section, and choosing therefrom the control actions, being characterized by the sufficient volume and minimum price.
Технический результат заключается в выборе управляющих воздействий с минимальным объемом путем повышения точности и прозрачности расчетов на каждом из этапов решения задачи выбора управляющих воздействий.
