SPEED LIMITER FOR LIFTS

The invention relates to lifting equipment, in particular to the constructions of speed limiters. The problem of the invention is in reducing of labor content in manufacturing and servicing the speed limiter, increasing its reliability and response accuracy. The speed limiter comprises a base 1, on which vertical walls 2, 3, a bracket 4 and an auxiliary wall 5 of the body are rigidly mounted. The bracket 3 rigidly connects the vertical walls 2 and 3 at the bottom part. At the top part the vertical walls 2 and 3 are connected by means of bushings-compensators 6 and 7, made of the material with heightened elastic properties. Between the vertical walls 2, 3 on the axis 8 a hub 9 is fixed, to which a pulley 10 with a groove for the rope 11 and a cam 12 are coaxially rigidly fastened. The hub 9 is made with four cogs 13. Between the vertical wall 2 and the auxiliary wall 5 on the axis 14 a rocker 15 is mounted, from its one side a roller 16 and from the other side - a cog 17 are located. The speed limiter is equipped with a device for controlling speed of response in the form of the rocker 15 with fastened on it from the side of the roller 16 a pin 18 with a load 19, having the possibility to move along the pin 18 in both directions. The speed limiter is also equipped with a device for guaranteed gearing of the cogs 13 of the hub 9 and the cog 17 of the rocker 15 in the form of a roller 20, mounted at the top part of the rocker 15 coaxially with a rod 21 and a plate 22. The plate 22 is mounted on the auxiliary wall 5 and has a profile corresponding to the roller 20. Изобретение относится к подъемному оборудованию, в частности к конструкциям ограничителей скорости. Задача изобретения - снижение трудоемкости изготовления и обслуживания ограничителя скорости, повышение его надежности и точности срабатывания.
