Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to building industry, in particular, to structures of residential and public buildings of mass production to be erected in various regions including seismic. ARCOS means architectural constructional open system of erection multistory buildings. The outer wall of a multi-story frame building comprises three-layered panels of floor height resting upon edges of reinforced concrete floor slabs by the inner bearing layer and fixed to the building structures by welding of embedded parts and combined over the wall surface by means of horizontal and vertical joints, wherein the panel inner bearing layers are provided in the bottom with discrete stops having embedded parts and atop of the bottom floor along its edge thrusts are secured extending upwards and positioned in stops of the panel bearing layers. By side faces the bearing layer of each panel is arranged in vertical guides fixed on column's lateral face, wherein by the upper edge the panel bearing layers are provided with vertical reinforcement releases rigidly fixed in concrete of upper floor. A method for erecting an outer wall comprises pouring erection mortar over the flooring edge, arrangement concrete panels on floors as big as the building structural cell and subsequent securing them by metal ties. Yet, firstly vertical guides are secured to embedded parts on column's lateral face in the form of pieces of an angle iron, then the panel is mounted by its inner bearing layer on a floor edge along guides, aligning stops of the bearing layer with rests on the edge of the bottom floor, then shuttering is made at the top level of the bearing layer close to its lateral face, the reinforcement of an upper floor is arranged above the shuttering and bearing layer top followed monolithic concrete placement. The technical result: manpower safe for wall erection, simpler technology, higher reliability and wall life time, lesser cost in operation.
