Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to construction industry and particular to structures of multi-storey apartment and public buildings of mass production and/or increased dimensions of column grid being constructed in different regions, including seismic, as well as on subsidence soils. A reinforced-concrete frame of a multi-storey building comprises solid cross-section prefabricated columns erected at each flooring level with slots, flat flooring disks formed by continuous monolithic reinforced concrete bearing girder with one-piece framework and resting in column's slots, and monolithic tie girders, and prefabricated reinforced plates resting by ends on the bearing girders and joined laterally by inter-plate seams. The columns are structured as multistage prefabricated sections connected by screw joints therebetween. Beneath each flooring the columns are provided with a reinforced core fixed at their longitudinal working reinforcement and bearing girders of floorings rest on a support device which comprises grooves and edges of the reinforced cores embracing the columns. Within each span the one-piece frameworks of the bearing girders have width exceeding the columns width, and longitudinal reinforcement of adjacent frameworks is connected by separate rods arranged along lateral columns faces and fixed by their ends to frameworks of adjacent spans. Prefabricated hollow-core slabs rest on concrete keys by an upper shelf, the keys are made on lateral faces of bearing girders and arranged tightly in slabs open cavities without gap of prefabricated slabs faces with the lateral faces of the bearing girders. The invention is aimed at labour safety, higher reliability and spatial building stability with large-span floorings.
