Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to solar power engineering, in particular, to solar wind power engineering.Solar power-generating plant comprises a controlled self-lifting superstructure to a fixed portion of air exhaust pipe made from self-folding sleeves fastened relative each other by flanges and fixed to them at different levels closed lifting vessels with light gas ensuring a relative cheap manufacture and service of the controlled self-lifting, a wind turbine and an electric generator made from self-contained concentric sections rotating on autonomous supports, which simplifies the design and substantially increase the efficiency of the wind turbogenerator, automatic portion air intakes based on use of resonant oscillation processes permitting to set the mode of increased air pressure at the inlet to the wind turbine inner cavity and reduced at the periphery of the closed helio-forming space. In order to use heat underground energy winter air intakes forming underground cavities are used in the plant. To reduce heat transfer inertia from helio-absorbing surfaces, representing subsoil, aqueous, vegetable, and technological surfaces there are used vertical convectional air ducts from a transparent material arranged on suspensions. The helio-absorbing surfaces of second and third levels containing dark air permeable heat conductive material are in heat contact with water conduits for additional heating, the water conduits are connected with stock of accumulated heat energy in a heat-accumulating reservoir, and air ducts of the ventilation systems connected to the heat-generating technological equipment. Aerodynamic features of moving air flow are improved by using vortex forming traveling and circular electric field, and also using aerodynamic surfaces at the height of the air exhaust channel thus increasing the plant efficiency.The proposed invention provides construction of more economic and cheaper helio power generating plants of high-capacity at stable output of electric energy.
