Zusammenfassung: | Solar-wind power complex is formed by separating a part of the earth surface and air medium from environment by light-transparent and heat-insulating material. The complex comprises solar-absorbing, heat-generating and evaporating units, controlled air intake and wind-directing systems, thermal and exothermal units, the thermodynamic and aerodynamic devices for forming energy-saturated airflows, air exhaust draft tube and two wind turbines concentrically arranged towards each other in the base of the draft tube. The turbines are connected to different energy-saturated airflow channels. Each wind turbine comprises, as minimum, a pair of energy-differentiating bushes with rotatable blades fixed there between mounted on autonomous supports through which the energy-saturated airflow is passed. An auxiliary working space is formed before each pair of the energy-differentiating bushes, inside said space power-generating sections are positioned which form an electric generator of the wind turbine in the structure with no housing and no shaft, wherein the turbine is of a split-type with energy-converting spaces in a shaft-free structure. The power-generating sections comprise permanent magnets fixed to a rotating surface, as minimum, of the first energy-differentiating bush, and electric coils with magnetic drives fixed to the foundation base. The energy-differentiating bushes are a light-weight design structure compiled and drawn together by retaining ropes. The wind turbine blades are split joined together by horizontal end surfaces and fixed between the surfaces of each pair of the energy-differentiating bushes by technological split links. The energy-saturated airflows are distributed into concentric cylindrical parts within the wind turbines due to the use of concentric input flange which isolate the auxiliary working spaces from the energy-saturated airflows by air ÔÇ£locksÔÇØ.
