An engine, comprising a "plate"-like housing, having upper and lower cylindrical parts provided with truncated conical part arranged between cylindrical parts, a nozzle installed horizontally with a combustion chamber and directed at a tangent to the inner generatrix upper cylindrical part of the housing, a compressor, a fuel system and a power supply system, characterized in that the housing is provided with a lower truncated conical part attached by its bigger part to the lower cylindrical part and by its inner truncated conical part to the cylindrical part mounted concentrically with a clearance to the upper truncated conical part and the upper cylindrical part, and a drive turbine is installed inside the lower conical part connected to the compressor and the power supply system. 2. The engine of claim 1, characterized in that ionizer windings are mounted on the outer generative in the upper truncated conical part and in the upper cylindrical part of the housing, said windings being connected to the power supply system. 3. The engine of claim 1, characterized in that the bigger base of the inner truncated conical part is designed as a platform with the fuel and the power supply systems mounted thereon. 4. The engine of claim 1, characterized in that an outlet nozzle is provided in the lower truncated conical part.
