A two-level tunnel, comprising a precast reinforced concrete lining of a circular section, a traffic plate dividing the tunnel into a motor roadway and a railway arranged above each other, side technological passages and a life support system, the tunnel has a diameter for a three lane traffic of municipal motor transport in the upper motorway and a rail transport in the lower railway, characterized in that the underpass complex is provided further with at least one additional transporting tunnel for motor and rail transport and a service tunnel connected therebetween, wherein the upper part of each transporting tunnel for motorway has a larger cross-section than the lower part for railway and the technological passages. 2. The tunnel according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that said tunnel has a circular cross-section, the height of the upper part makes up 1.6 of the lower part height. 3. The tunnel according to claims 1, 2, characterized in that the railway section can be used for underground railway mounting. 4. The tunnel according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that equipment for the underground railway is positioned in one of technological sections, and the other is used as an evacuation passage. 5. The tunnel according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it is provided with evacuation lock chambers and a service tunnel. 6. A method for driving a tunnel, comprising the step of using tunnel shield, characterized in that the tunnel-driving operation is simultaneously combined with the erection of all compartments, after which communications are laid down service equipment is erected. Техническая задача - размещение в тоннеле малого диаметра двух транспортных потоков - автомобильного и рельсового, без существенного уменьшения пропускной способности тоннеля. Двухуровневый тоннель круглого диаметра разделен плитой проезжей части на верхний отсек автомобильного транспорта и нижний - рельсового транспорта и технологических отсеков, при этом площадь сечения верхнего отсека больше площади сечения нижнего. В рельсовом отсеке возможно расположение линии метрополитена. Тоннель может быть снабжен эвакуационными тамбурами-шлюзами и сервисным тоннелем. Способ строительства такого тоннеля состоит в том, что одновременно с горнопроходческими работами проводят монтаж всех отсеков и обетонирование плиты проезжей части.
