Zusammenfassung: | 1. A method for producing a vitamin preparation comprising homogenization of vitaminizing compound in a preheated surfactant, characterized in that said vitaminizing compound in the surfactant is taken in molar ratio 1:0.9-2.5, homogenization is carried out by introducing the vitaminizing compound in the surfactant, preheated to a temperature sufficient for forming a target product as water soluble or fat soluble binar associate of initial components depending on the surfactant type. 2. The method of claim 1, characterized in that Cremophor Ph-40 or analogues thereof, or alpha-tocopherol derivatives from series of acetate alpha-tocopherol, succinate alpha-tocopherol, or oxyethilated succinate alpha-tocopherol are used as a surfactant. 3. The method for producing a vitamin preparation comprising homogenization of vitaminizing compound in a preheated surfactant with a subsequent adding of the obtained product into an aqueous phase, characterized in that the vitaminizing compound and the surfactant are taken in molar ratio 1:0.9-2.5, homogenization is carried out by introducing the vitaminizing compound in the surfactant, preheated to a temperature sufficient for forming a product as water soluble or fat soluble binar associate of initial components depending on the surfactant type. 4. The method of claim 3, characterized in that a water soluble binar acetate heated to a fluid state or fat soluble binar acetate in the form of a hot solution in a non-ionogenic water soluble second surfactant preheated to a temperature sufficient to dissolve associate are added into an aqueous phase, wherein the fat soluble binar associate and the non-ionogenic water soluble second surfactant are taken in molar ratio 1:0.9-2.5 based on the vitaminizing compound in binar associate, wherein the aqueous phase is preheated to 50-90 degree C. 5. The method according to claims 3-4, characterized in that pure water or water containing biologically active compounds, preferably vitamins of C, B groups and/or microelements and any other technologically or functionally required compounds are used as aqueous phase and Cremophor Ph-40 or analogues thereof, or alpha-tocopherol derivatives from series of acetate alpha-tocopherol, succinate alpha-tocopherol, or oxyethilated succinate alpha-tocopherol are used as a surfactant. 6. A vitamin preparation which is a binar associate of a vitaminizing compound and a surfactant, wherein their molar ratio is 1:0.9-2.5. 7. The vitamin preparation of cla |
