NOVEL 1-AR(ALK)-IMIDAZOLIN-2-ONES CONTAINING A DISTRIBUTED AMINE RADICALIN THE 4-TH POSITION, HAVING AN ANTI-CONVULSIVE EFFECT, AND THE PROCESS FOR THEIR PRODUCTION

1. Novel compounds of general formula 1 wherein X = hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy, trifluoromethyl, halogen or R and R = C1-C4-alkyl, cycloalkyl or heteroalkyl or R and R together represent alkylene group having 2-6 carbon atoms, in which -CH2- group can be substituted with oxygen, nitrigen or sulfur. 2. A compound of Claim 1, representing: 1-phenyl-4-morpholino-omidazolin-2-on; 1-(4-methoxy)-4-piperidino-imidazolin-2-on; 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-morpholino-imidazolin-2-on; 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-piperidino-imidazolin-2-on; 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-dimethylamino-imidazolin-2-on; 1-(4-bromphenyl)-4-morpholino-imidazolin-2-on; 1-(3-chlorophenyl)-4-morpholino-imidazolin-2-on; 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-hexamethylenimino-imidazolin-2-on; 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-(4-methylpiperazino)-imidazolin-2-on; 1-(4-methylphenyl)-4-morpholino-imidazolin-2-on; 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-(cyclohexyl-methylamino)-imidazolin-2-on; 1-(4-fluorophenyl)-4-morpholino-imidazolin-2-on; 1-benzyl-4-morpholino-imidazolin-2-on. 3. A process for the production of compounds of general formula 2 wherein X = hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy, trifluoromethyl, halogen transform with secondary amine HNR R at a temperature between 50-160 degree C, wherein R and R have said value. 4. Pharmaceutical compositions, characterized in that as an active substance they comprise a compound of general formula 1 and, if necessary, pharmaceutical carrier substances and auxiliary substances. 5. Pharmaceutical compositions, characterized in that as an active substance they comprise at least one of compounds of Claim 2. 6. Use of compounds of general formula 1 for production pharmaceutical preparations for treating epilepsy. 7. Use of compounds of Claim 2 for production pharmaceutical preparations for treating epilepsy.
