ANTITUMOR AGENTS ISOLATED FROM INTESTINAL MUCOSA, A METHOD FOR THEIR ISOLATION AND THEIR APPLICATION

1. Antitumor agents isolated from intestinal mucosa, characterized in that said agents are two nucleopeptides: IEG1 and IEG2, with melecular weights of 4450 +- 180 Da and 950 +- 120 Da, respectively; IEG1 is a peptide comprising 2 Thr, 4 Glu, 2 Asp, 2 Ser, 4 Ala, 2 Val, 1 Ile, 1 Try, 3 Lys, 1 His, 1...

Zusammenfassung:1. Antitumor agents isolated from intestinal mucosa, characterized in that said agents are two nucleopeptides: IEG1 and IEG2, with melecular weights of 4450 +- 180 Da and 950 +- 120 Da, respectively; IEG1 is a peptide comprising 2 Thr, 4 Glu, 2 Asp, 2 Ser, 4 Ala, 2 Val, 1 Ile, 1 Try, 3 Lys, 1 His, 1 Arg, 2 Leu and 3 Pro bound to2 gualine residues; IEG2 is a hexapeptide with the following amino acid sequence: Arg-Arg-Asp-Asp-His- ARG-NH2 bound to one guanine residue. 2. A method of isolation antitumor agents from intestinal mucosa, which includes separation of epithelium intestinal mass, its homogenization, centrifugation fractionation and lyophilization, characterized in that homogenization is performed by adding acidic acid to the final concentration being 2% of total mass and thus obtained homogenate is subjected to degradation in the presence of ethyl alcohol with further supplementary ultrafiltration and gel-filtration.
