Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the conditioning of liquid organic substances and biomass, in particular of domestic sewage sludge with the aid of chelating agents and enzymes. According to the invention the process of breaking down the organic substance in the aerobic conditioning reactor with the addition of chelating agents and enzymes is stopped, before the complete dissolution thereof, after a time of 0.5 to 20 hours. The mixture of substances is then subjected to a non-aerated, open after-reaction phase of 5 to 15 hours, when biogenic flocculation occurs. A solid/liquid separation is then carried out. Conditioning agents can be added to increase the rate of the after-reactions. The biogenic flocculation and the degassing in the after-reaction container can be improved by agitation or raising the temperature. The dried sludge has a high heating value. Its agricultural utility is high. |
