Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a swirling element for swirling a fluid flow for a rotating aerodynamic profile or a turbine, comprising: a fastening portion, which is designed for fastening to a profile surface; and a flow-active portion, which is connected to the fastening portion and which has a baffle plate which, at least in some sections, is formed with its entire cross-section rotated about a common axis. The present invention also relates to an aerodynamic profile having a swirling element of this kind, and to a method for producing a swirling element of this kind.
