A method of attaching an ACM sensor placement device that holds an ACM sensor to a measurement target comprises: causing a holding unit to hold the ACM sensor; causing a pull-out prevention unit to prevent the ACM sensor from being pulled out of the holding unit; and inserting a band through a band insertable unit provided in the ACM sensor placement device. First, second and third ACM sensor using aluminum, zinc and iron, respectively, are provided at a steel tower by using a first, second and third ACM sensor placement device, respectively. The first, second and third ACM sensors are disposed in this order from a higher side toward a lower side of the steel tower.
