Zusammenfassung:	A flexible pipe comprises, from the inside outward, a carcass 1 and a polymer sealing sheath 2, the carcass being made up of at least one metallic element wound in a helix. The pipe is characterized in that at least a tube 8 is laid in an annular space 9 separating the carcass from the sealing sheath, the tube comprising an injection orifice situated at one of the two ends of the pipe and a discharge orifice opening between the two ends of the pipe. The pipe is used for carrying a petroleum effluent by injecting a fluid into the tube 8.
