A cylindrical cap (15) extends from an end arch (11) and forms a seal (16) on an external sheath (7). Sealing and setting units seal and set the pressure sheath placed between front edges of the isolated parts and the end arch after assembling the endpiece on a flexible unbounded tubular pipe (1).
