The head plate is provided with an inner side facing towards the reaction chamber. A mixer is provided with having a mixer shaft and a stirring element. The mixer and bearing are arranged entirely within the reaction chamber. Mixer shaft is provided with a magnetic portion. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a biotechnological device; (2) a head plate for a single-use bioreactor; and (3) a method for manufacturing a single-use bioreactor.
