In order to further design such a floor cleaning device so that it has increased operating comfort, according to the invention the floor cleaning device (10) comprises at least one rechargeable battery (56) for providing electrical energy for the electrical motor (52) and at least one holding part (46) for holding the at least one rechargeable battery (56) on the floor cleaning device (10).
