Zusammenfassung: | A creatine amidinohydrolase in which the alanine in position 109 of the amino-acid sequence of the wild-type enzyme is replaced by valine and, where appropriate, additionally one or more other amino acids of the wild-type enzyme are mutated is more stable than the wild-type enzyme and is therefore more suitable for reagents. It is prepared by bringing about the expression, by known genetic engineering methods in a suitable expression system, of a recombinant DNA which contains a creatine amidinohydrolase gene which contains the deoxyribonucleotide T in position 326 of the natural gene in place of C. |
