Zusammenfassung:	The building scaffolding comprises uprights and horizontal cross beams carrying planks, panels or other walking surfaces. The scaffolding posts (1-4) and cross beams (5-8), together with protective guardrails (24) and diagonal strutting units (25), are in the form of square sectioned hollow beams. These have holes in their side surfaces, with centre-to-centre interval matching the length of the walling side of the beam cross-section. Gangplanks (14) may be carried on lengthways aligned shaped beams (9, 10) borned by the horizontal cross beams, pref. on holders fitted to them, the shaped beams being U-sectioned and displaceable lengthways.
