Zusammenfassung:Preparing 2-fluoroacyl-3-amino-acrylic acid-derivative (I), comprises reacting fluorinated carboxylic acid compound (II) with 3-amino-acrylic acid-derivative (III) and an acid halide compound (IV), in the presence of a base. Preparing 2-fluoroacyl-3-amino-acrylic acid-derivative of formula ((C(X 1>)(X 2>)(F))-C(=O)-CH(Y 1>)=CH-N(R 1>)(R 2>)) (I), comprises reacting fluorinated carboxylic acid compound of formula ((C(X 1>)(X 2>)(F))-C(=O)-OH) (II) with 3-amino-acrylic acid-derivative of formula (Y 1>-CH=CH-N(R 1>)(R 2>)) (III), and an acid halide compound of formula (R 9>-C(=O)-Hal) (IV), in the presence of a base. Either R 1>, R 2> : 1-12C-alkyl, 5-18C-aryl, 7-19C alkylaryl or 7-19C-arylalky; or NR 1>R 2> : 5-6-membered ring, which optionally contains one or two further heteroatoms of O, S or SO 2; Y 1> : (C=O)OR 3>, CN or (C=O)NR 4>R 5>; R 3>-R 5> : R 1>; X 1>, X 2> : F, Cl, Br, H, 1-12C-alkyl, 1-12C-haloalkyl, 5-18C-aryl, 7-19C-alkylaryl or 7-19C-arylalky; R 9> : 1-12C-alkyl, 3-8C-cycloalkyl, 1-12C-haloalkyl, 5-18C-aryl or 7-19C-arylalky; and Hal : halo.
