Zusammenfassung:	The coupling has a coupling part (10) i.e. hose-sided coupling part, another coupling part (12), and a closing unit i.e. ball valve (18), attached to the part (10), where the closing unit is arranged directly at a partition level (A) between the parts. A passage opening (34) of the unit opens out into a sleeve (42) in an opened condition, which protrudes over the level and intervenes in a cross-section contraction of the part (12). The contraction is formed by a flexible membrane (44) inserted into the part (12), which flexibly expands from the sleeve in a coupling condition.
