A rotor (8) with rotor arms (10) is rotated around an axis (9) that is aligned to an interior of the mixing tank in the bowl. The arms coat a radially defined area that includes a whole depth (6) of the bowl. A knife pulverizing a mixture is arranged in an axially parallel running, radially inner-lying area of the bowl. The arms are engaged with radially extending cutting blades. The arms comb with stator teeth protruding radially from a mixing bowl wall. A supply opening (25) is arranged at the mixing bowl wall.
