Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pallet-supporting device for raising the level of a pallet above the ground, the pallet-supporting device comprising an upper supporting surface arranged at a first level above the ground and being adapted to support the pallet at a predetermined level above the ground, and wherein the pallet-supporting device further comprises: a lower supporting surface arranged at a second level below the first level and above the ground, the lower supporting surface being adapted to receive and support a hand truck loaded with the pallet during a first stage of lifting wherein the hand truck loaded with the pallet is lifted and rotated into contact with the upper supporting surface.
