The insert element (200) interconnects the valve seat (103) and the biasing element (106), thereby contributing to a tension of the biasing element (106). The insert element (200) is at least partly arranged in a flow path through the pressure controlled valve (100), and a fluid flow can pass through the insert element (200) through one or more of its openings (201, 206).
