Zusammenfassung:The present invention regards a method for determining the surface weight of a mineral wool mat (26), in which the mineral wool is transported from the spinner aggregate (13) to a collector band (64, 25) worn by a gasformed transportmedium. Some property of the gas formed medium at the time of separating same from the mineral wool shaped is measured and used for controlling the speed of the collector band (25) in order of eliminating any variation of the surface weight of the mineral wool mat (26) produced.
