Zusammenfassung: | The anemometer, which has at least two laser beams (9, 9'), which are generated by a laser light source (1) and jointly reach a region of a particle-containing flow (12) of a fluid, and whose scattered light, the frequency of which is shifted by the Doppler frequency because of the flow speed, is measured, can be constructed in a very compact fashion and permits a high signal-to-noise ratio for the measuring signals when the laser beams (9, 9') consist of high- frequency pulses whose pulse repetition frequency is a multiple of the Doppler frequency. |
